Mandy by Magnate

Stop sending your availability.

Mandy asks your client and your candidates for theirs, checks your calendar, and books the interview, inside the same email thread, from your own domain.

Hi Sarah,

Great speaking earlier. I'd love to arrange a call to discuss the Financial Controller opportunity.

You recruit.
Mandy handles the calendar.

Recruiters shouldn't spend their day copying availability, chasing replies, moving meetings and sending calendar invites.

Mandy does it for them.

You

Send the email

  • Write to your candidate or client exactly as you always do.

CC Mandy

That's your last job

  • One CC. Nothing else to set up.

Mandy

Takes it from here

  • Checks availability
  • Offers times
  • Follows up
  • Handles changes

Meeting booked

Everyone gets the invite

  • Straight into the calendar, no links, no logins.

No new system.

No new login.

No change to how your recruiters work.

Recruiters are still doing this manually.

This isn't recruitment.
It's calendar admin.

Every minute spent coordinating calendars is a minute your recruiters aren't speaking to candidates, developing clients or making placements.

Why Mandy

It isn't a booking link

A calendar link

A personal assistant

You send your availability

She asks for theirs

They have to click, choose, and commit

They reply "Tuesday works" in four words

One person, one calendar

Coordinates candidate, client and consultant in one thread

Silent if they don't respond

Follows up, chases, and flags if they go quiet

Breaks the moment someone reschedules

Handles the reschedule in the same thread

Nothing happens at 9pm

Books at 9:02pm

“A booking link asks someone to put something in your calendar. This does it for them.”

Calendly gives people access to your calendar.
Mandy manages it.

You don't send a managing director a link and ask them to find a slot.

1

You CC her.

Any email, any thread, whether you're in Outlook or Gmail or working straight out of your ATS. The only rule is that it sends from your address, not a no-reply.

2

She takes it from there.

Reads your calendar, offers real slots, negotiates, reschedules, chases.

3

You get the invite.

In every attendee's calendar, in the format you set.

No new system. No new login. Nothing changes about how anyone works.

It was magic seeing it working in the evening while I was with my family. It felt like the first time I used ChatGPT.

Why I built Magnate

I have led teams and spent too much time in my inbox booking interviews.

It should not take ten emails to agree a time.

As teams grow, the back and forth gets heavier.

We built Magnate from that frustration, so recruiters can CC Mandy into the thread and remove the scheduling headache.

This is version one. We will keep improving it.

If you are building a recruitment team and care about systems, I would love to work with you early on.
